I have been using it for 7 minutes twice a day for two month. Now my nails look so much better. The fungal of the corner of the nail disappeared and smell too. Also nails began grow a little faster.

I am using this on my 16 year old dog, it is easy to use and hold on to. You kind of have to manipulate the device a bit to get through thick fur but no problem. I am a fan of Red Light Therapy if used on a regular basis...be patient. I have a red light body belt for sore areas and red light ear plugs for Tinnitus, if it can help me it can help my dog. Just the nature of the lights it does get warm...not hot but rather soothing. Just keep in mind that the 3 center lights are 808nm which is invisible to us but are on so please do not think they are burnt out, we just can't see them! Son doubtful a 120 laser can do that! It has decent penetration power but not thehighest.I also use another brand oflight thatcan detect subcutaneous issues.This onecompares little to that.
